๐ŸŽต On the third day of stress-mas, my therapist said with glee: Three mindfulness apps, two cozy blankets, and a deep breath, and count to three.

๐ŸŽต On the fourth day of stress-mas, my therapist said with glee: Four funny cat videos, three mindfulness apps, two cozy blankets, and a deep breath, and count to three.

๐ŸŽต On the fifth day of stress-mas, my therapist said with glee: Five-minute dance breaks, four funny cat videos, three mindfulness apps, two cozy blankets, and a deep breath, and count to three.

๐ŸŽต On the sixth day of stress-mas, my therapist said with glee: Six silly jokes to share, five-minute dance breaks, four funny cat videos, three mindfulness apps, two cozy blankets, and a deep breath, and count to three.

๐ŸŽต On the seventh day of stress-mas, my therapist said with glee: Seven positive affirmations, six silly jokes to share, five-minute dance breaks, four funny cat videos, three mindfulness apps, two cozy blankets, and a deep breath, and count to three.
