Opening Your Love Center

In this podcast episode, I talk about the importance of meditation in opening the heart chakra. Chakras are currents of energy that run throughout our body. However, when our chakras are blocked our lives are unbalanced. This is why we need to pay attention to our bodies. Our bodies, when we learn to understand and listen to them, can tell us a tremendous amount about ourselves.
The heart chakra represents love. Your chest is a center of “heart feelings.” Our vulnerability, longing, and ability to connect to others all reside in the chest, as do hurts and emotional traumas, all mingled with expanded loving, joyful feelings.
Meditation can help open up and restore the love chakra when it becomes blocked.
